Hu and his wife usually suffered from high blood pressure and heart disease, and it is said that they suffered from insomnia due to the barking of local dogs at night.

Eventually, Mr. Hu mixed the leftovers with rodenticide and put them in a plaza in this town, and 22 dogs in the town who ate them died at once.

Mr. Hu later repented of his wrongdoing and appealed to the dog owners by compensating a total of 50,000 yuan and our money of over 8.5 million won.

However, the court in Anhui Province issued the ruling, pointing out that Mr. Hu’s crime seriously threatened the lives and health of others by spreading dangerous substances in public places.
