Head of ACT Sukabumi Branch, Erwin Wiganda, denied that the facilities in this city branch were luxurious. In fact, he said, operational cars for distribution of assistance use rental cars.
“We don’t have wah-wah like that. In us, if it’s natural to have one operational car for distribution of goods, it’s a rental operational car,” Erwin said when met at his office, Jalan Taman Bahagia, Sukabumi City, Monday (4/7/ 2022).

Marketing Communications of ACT Sukabumi Branch, Malsi Abadi Akbar, added that after the news and hashtags appeared, it had no effect on the program or the wages of the employees. In Sukabumi itself, there are 6 employees with more than 200 volunteers and only employees who get fixed wages.
“For that issue, we don’t have a branch (salary deduction). Nothing is affected, from the start we have adjusted it, we have rights and obligations. The salary is the Sukabumi City UMR (Rp 2,562,434),” said Malsi.
He said ACT employees were bound by a work agreement. Meanwhile, volunteers help with the distribution of donations and handling without any compensation because they are voluntary.
Regarding the number of donations collected per month, Malsi said the amount fluctuated. The average is in the range of Rp. 100 million.
“For branches, it’s not too big. Per month, on average, last month, thank God, we reached more than Rp. 100 million. There are regular donors, they go into branch accounts but are managed by the center. We can’t tamper without authority from the center, So if there is cash donation today, it must be deposited,” he said.
