NJ Health​ Leaders Urge vaccination as Respiratory virus ⁢Season Approaches

TRENTON, NJ – New ‍Jersey department of Health leaders received their annual flu and updated ‍COVID-19 vaccinations today, publicly encouraging residents to do the same ⁤ahead of the fall and winter respiratory virus season. The ​proactive step underscores the state’s⁣ commitment to public health and aims to mitigate ⁤the potential ⁤impact of circulating viruses.

As cases of COVID-19, influenza, and other respiratory illnesses ⁢are expected to rise ⁢in the coming ⁤months, health officials emphasize vaccination as the most effective tool to protect individuals and communities.
