He was the first to file for bankruptcy when the corona crisis broke out. And is probably also the first to open a new business on Saturday in the former ‘t Raethuys van Wateringen, the place where it all started. It is 39-year-old Niven Kunz, once the youngest Michelin star chef in the Netherlands.
