Nioh 2 has been out for almost 5 months now, so it was time for a DLC. This has now come in the form of Nioh 2: The Tengu’s Disciple. The DLC has just been released and can therefore already be played. PlayStation has posted a trailer for the DLC on YouTube.
Nioh 2 was released on PlayStation 4 in mid-March. The game continues on the mechanics built in Part 1, bringing new abilities, enemies and weapons. The game was well received and fans who finished the game were naturally waiting for new content. And this has come. Nioh 2: The Tengu’s Disciple, the first DLC of the game, has been released. The Tengu’s Disciple
So the first DLC Nioh 2: The Tengu’s Disciple is currently playable. In the DLC you go back in time. You will find new enemies, new weapons and new abilities in the DLC. For the rest, not much will change in the game. You still have to make your way through enemies to eventually get to the boss. The trailer hints at a powerful new weapon. It is not entirely clear what this new weapon is exactly, given that different weapon types follow this text in the trailer, but this is going to be an interesting find for players. In addition to the new weapon, we also see a number of new abilities in action in the trailer. With one ability, the player turns into some sort of dirty monster, who then does a spin attack. In any case, the trailer gives the feeling that a lot of new ways have been added to overpower your enemies with spectacular combos.
