Nintendo CEO Shuntaro Furukawa has apologized for the problems with the Joy-Con, the controllers for game console Switch. Furukawa did this during a financial question session. “We continue to focus on improving our products,” added the CEO.
Furukawa stated that he did not want to say anything more about the case, since a lawsuit is being filed in the United States against the Japanese company over the Joy-Con.
The problem lies in the analog stick. When using this lever a lot, it can register input by itself. As a result, for example, a game character may walk on the screen while the player does not touch the poker.
