prostitution case ‘Night Wrap’ disguised as a massage parlor at Hamilton Spa & Massage Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, has a long tail. Hamilton Spa is permanently closed after the business permit was revoked by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
The police themselves have named five Hamilton Spa management suspects in the ‘Bungkus Night’ case. The five suspects were detained by the police on suspicion of violating decency and pornography.
Event Promoted ‘Night Wrap’ Hamilton Spa in fact is the practice of prostitution under the guise of massage parlors. Hamilton Spa once held ‘Bungkus Night’ before ‘Bungkus Night Vol.2’ was dismantled by the police a few days ago.
Hamilton Spa Business License Revoked
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has officially revoked Hamilton Spa’s business license on June 22, 2022. The revocation of the business license is stated in the Decree of the Head of the Investment Management Unit and One Stop Service (PMPTSP) of Kebayoran Baru District Number e-0445/TM.21.59, which signed by the Head of the PMPTSP Unit of Kebayoran Baru District, Sutomo.
The registered business name is Hamilton Massage with license number 31/Y.1/31.74.07.1007.02.003.C.1.BG/3-1.858.8/e/2020. Meanwhile, the company that registered the permit is PT Roda Urban Nusantara.
“Decided to revoke the register of Hamilton Massage tourism businesses,” reads the first dictum of the decree seen on Wednesday (22/6).
The PMPTSP Unit reasoned that the revocation of the tourism business registration mark (TDUP) was carried out because of an operational violation. This decision is effective as of today.
“The revocation of the TDUP as referred to in the first dictum relates that the person concerned has committed an operational violation,” he explained.
