The “Night of Daim Al-Saif” in Jeddah was more than just a concert; it was a tribute to the enduring legacy of Prince Khaled Al-Faisal. The event,held at the Abadi Al-Jawhar Arena,featured performances by some of the Arab world’s most celebrated artists.

Walid Al-Shami’s Performance and Reflections

Among the highlights of the evening was Walid Al-Shami’s performance of ya Sahbi, a song that resonated deeply with the audience, including Prince Turki Al-Faisal. Al-Shami expressed immense pride in being part of the event.

The night of Daim al -Seif is not an ordinary lyrical party,but it is a complex night in which my colleagues and I celebrated the artists participating in the march of fresh word that carried in its meanings the wisdom,depth and sincere emotion that touched the hearts of millions across generations.

The song Ya Sahbi, composed by Yasser Bouali, was originally released in 2017 as part of the album The Time of Adam. Its performance at the tribute night underscored the timeless quality of Prince Khaled Al-Faisal’s poetry.
