The return of American tourists is planned for this summer on the shores of the Baie des Anges, in particular thanks to the announcement of the resumption in July of the daily Nice-New York flight by Delta Air lines and that (twice a week) offered by La Company.
In partnership with the CRT Côte d’Azur, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Tourist Office took part in the digital BtoB workshop organized by Atout France USA, from May 4 to 6.
Nice Côte d’Azur has highlighted its offers such as gastronomy, the art of living, perched villages or heritage because the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis goes from the Mediterranean to the highest peak of the Southern Alps in the massif from the Mercantour.
This territory between “sea and mountain”, “urban site and nature”, offers astonishing contrasts and is of course a tremendous asset for the destination.
The Nice delegation, made up of around fifty local tourism players, was able to talk to the 120 American tourism professionals registered for the event.
Some agencies have reported that they have already received applications for September and October. Concerning the group clientele, the professionals foresee the recovery rather for next year.
