SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL – The NFL’s inaugural regular-season game ‍in São Paulo, a 24-17 victory for the Kansas City Chiefs over the ‍Los Angeles Chargers ‌on November 19, showcased not only a growing international fanbase but also a firm commitment from ⁣the league to establish a lasting presence in Brazil. The atmosphere at Corinthians Arena was described ⁢as “electric,” with excited‌ crowds embracing​ the American sport alongside vibrant‌ displays of ⁣Brazilian culture.

Beyond the on-field action, the event was infused with local flavor. But we believe we’ve got the runway to really grow… It’s⁤ really just⁣ about ⁣our⁣ commitment ⁣to getting after it and building⁢ the ⁢fan base.⁢ We’re seeing ​results.” The NFL views ⁢Brazil as a key market in its ongoing efforts to expand its global reach and cultivate a dedicated international following.
