What happened ? An investigation for “research into the causes of death” was opened after the death of a 31-year-old man on the night of Friday to Saturday, at the Saint-Denis police station (Seine-Saint-Denis), reports Le Parisien.
Arrested Thursday evening intoxicated, he had been placed in a sobering-up cell at the police station. The doctor who examined him considered that there was no need to hospitalize him.
His condition deteriorated overnight
The state of health of the man deteriorated during the night, and he died, without it being possible to revive him.
An autopsy must take place.
