Newcastle United not yet captured and continue to advance upwards Premier League. Aston Villa then the next victim after being beaten 0-4.

Newcastle host Villa at St James’ Park on Saturday (29/10/2022) WIB night. Newcastle still field their best team, including Miguel Almiron, Joelinton and Callum Wilson in attack.

Apparently dominant from the first minutes, Newcastle can only score a goal at the end of the first half. It was Callum Wilson who scored from the spot after Almiron was fouled.

Scoring just one goal in the first half, Newcastle were infuriated in the second half and doubled their lead in the 56th minute with Wilson’s second goal.

Wilson easily directed Trippier’s cross into Emiliano Martinez’s goal. Three minutes later, Joelinton who scored the third goal for Newcastle.

From the counterattack, Almiron managed to overtake Matty Cash before entering the box and shooting. Substitute goalkeeper Robin Olsen saved, but the rebound was quickly blocked by Joelinton.

Almiron penetrated into the Villa’s defense in the 67th minute after receiving a cross from the left. After making a cut-in, Almiron threw the ball into the top corner of the goal.

The 4-0 score lasted until the end of the match and Newcastle maintained their position in fourth place in the Premier League standings with 24 points from 13 games.

Newcastle recorded their second win by a four-goal margin this season. Whereas Newcastle had previously only won once with a difference of that size in the previous four seasons.

Not only strong in attack with a score of 24 goals, Newcastle are also strong in defense because they are the team with the fewest goals conceded so far, i.e. 10 and a clean sheet, six.
