New York synagogue penalty for wedding

The New York authorities have imposed a heavy fine on a synagogue because thousands of guests celebrated a wedding there despite the corona pandemic.

The synagogue in the Williamsburg district will have to pay $ 15,000, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said yesterday.
