New York Stock Exchange hesitates to open despite rebound in retail sales

The New York Stock Exchange hesitated shortly after the opening, starting the session in dispersed order, despite a rebound in retail sales in the United States in August: the Dow Jones advanced 0.32%, the Nasdaq lost 0.13% .
