‘New virus’ found in China: 35 mainly farmers infected | Abroad

According to the scientists, there is no evidence that the virus has also passed from person to person. The virus is said to have been found in people who work a lot with animals. They are additionally checked. In particular, infected farmers in eastern China are said to have complaints such as fatigue, cough, loss of appetite and liver and kidney abnormalities. None of the patients died. The symptoms are described as ‘mild’.

More research is needed to better understand the new virus, according to the scientists. According to American scientists, at least 60 percent of infections in humans come from animals worldwide.

Since the corona pandemic that has gripped the world in recent years, the number of checks for infectious diseases has increased enormously. As a result, many more new viruses are likely to be identified in the near future.
