New hope for the defeat of «Corona»

The world is hoping to eradicate the Corona virus, after Japan announced that it is considering using an anti-influenza drug to treat Corona patients. This hope was reinforced by the announcement by a company specializing in genetic engineering in the United States of America that it had reached a treatment for the virus. Once the vaccine is approved by the US government, the company will distribute it for free in countries other than the United States.

In a new advance that heralds the killer virus receding, China has recorded a significant drop in deaths and infections, which the World Health Organization has welcomed. Italy has announced a new death, while an Italian man diagnosed with HIV has recovered, and is scheduled to be discharged from a hospital in Rome within hours. In South Korea, the number of new infections has doubled to 433, according to the authorities.

While Lebanon decided to take strict measures at Rafic Hariri International Airport – Beirut and all transit stations to counter the virus, the Border Ports Authority in Iraq announced new measures to combat the virus, and called on citizens not to travel to Iran in order to ensure their safety. In Iran, it has been announced that 10 new cases of the virus have been discovered and one of those infected has died. Iran has decided to close schools, universities and educational centers in two cities in the center of the country to prevent the spread of the virus.
