Two people were killed in a shooting in the German city of Hamburg late last night. Around 11:30 p.m., the police received several reports of shots in a new housing estate in the northern district of Langenhorn.
According to Bild 28 emergency services vehicles turned out. When they arrived on the scene, they found two bodies in front of a house entrance. According to the local media Hamburger Morgenpost one of them had been shot in the head. The other still showed signs of life. He was resuscitated, but still died.
Local media reports the victims are believed to have had ties to the Hells Angels criminal motorcycle club. That would have been visible in their clothing. Bild reports that officers had found a revolver on the floor. It is suspected that one man first killed the other and then himself. Nothing is known about the motive.

At the beginning of this month there was also a fatal shooting in Hamburg. A former member of Jehovah’s Witnesses shot dead seven people and wounded twelve in a place of worship. He himself was also killed in the attack. Philipp F., 35, is said to have harbored feelings of hatred towards the religious community.
