Agus said they had come to report as new residents. From the report, Tomy and Nani claimed to have married Siri. Even then Nani called her parents to convince Agus.
“Then Ms. Nani called her parents, her parents said to me, ‘Anu sir, leave my child to live there.’ I answered, ‘God willing, you are ready, Buk’. Then her mother said that, was married in a religious manner,” he said.
Regarding the photo of the unregistered marriage between Nani and Tomy, Agus admitted that they did not show them at the time of the report. However, both of them showed a photocopy of the KTP.
“It does not show (siri marriage photo), only evidence is only a photocopy of the KTP,” he said.
Questioning the house occupied by Nani and Tomy, Agus said that the house had the status of private property. According to him, the current status of home ownership is in the process of changing its name.
“Buying the house, currently the process of changing the name,” he said.
Previously reported, Nani was finally arrested by the police for mixing and sending cyanide takjil who killed a child who was an online motorcycle taxi (ojol) driver in Bantul. The poisoned satay package was actually sent by Nani to Tomy, who turns out to be her sir’s husband. Nani entrusted the cyanide takjil through the ojol driver, Bandiman (47), without going through an application.
However, the person who was at Tomy’s house at that time refused to accept the food package, because he felt he did not recognize the sender. The food was then given to Bandiman. The unsuspecting Bandiman took him home poisonous satay that and eaten with his family at home. But before long, his wife and children both experienced symptoms of poisoning. After being rushed to the hospital, the life of Bandiman’s son named Naba Faiz Prasetya (10) could not be helped.
