The police have again revealed a number of new related facts the death of the Kalideres family. The new discoveries range from rituals to spells unearthed in Kalideres’ home, West Jakarta.
Earlier, police had revealed that wax, camphor and dust had been found in the house. Another fact that has been revealed is that the Kalideres family has sold their possessions.
From the investigation with the team of experts, the police revealed that there was little chance of prosecution in the event of the death of this family. However, at present the police have not concluded what the cause and motive of this family’s death is.
Here are some new related facts the Kalideres family which was summed up on Thursday (1/12/2022).
Spell that writes on sheets of cloth
Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Criminal Investigation Unit Director Hengki Haryadi revealed the results of a spell at the Kalideres family home. It’s just, there hasn’t been any explanation of what spell writing is like and what it contains.
“Interfaith books, spells and incense were also found,” Hengki Haryadi said in his statement on Wednesday (11/30).
“(The charm was found) on the cloth, there are several. It is suspected to be a charm,” he added.
Hengki admitted that investigators are currently continuing to study the evidence that has begun to be collected in the investigation into the death of a family in Kalideres. Investigators are currently focusing on investigating the spell book’s connection to other evidence found at the location.
“We will invite religious sociologists to conduct further analyzes of the writings in the book and their relationship to the object trace finds at the TKP,” Hengki said.
Rituals of the Kalideres family
Police revealed that there was a positive trend by Kalideres family members to perform a certain ritual. The police are still investigating the connection between the ritual performed by Budyanto Gunawan (68) and the reason for the death of the Kalideres family.
“There is a fact that certain ritual tendencies determine the motives. We will explore it again,” Hengki Harydi said.
The investigation into the Kalideres family case has now entered its third week. So far, 28 witnesses have been examined by the investigators.
“We examined 28 witnesses, then from this examination we found the identification of the statements of these witnesses with the evidence we found at the TKP,” he said.
Hengki Haryadi he added that the testimony of these witnesses confirmed the existence of ritual activities that were actively carried out by Budyanto Gunawan.
“So deductively and inductively there is an identity where the provisional results of our investigation, especially on examining the people closest to the victim, state that one of the family members on behalf of Budyanto tends to be dominant and has a positive attitude towards some rituals,” said Hengki Haryadi.
