About Dr. Panduranga – Clinical Neurology Specialists
Anup Panduranga, MD, is a board-certified neurologist and epileptologist with the american Board of Psychiatry & neurology (ABPN). He brings a wealth of experience to Clinical Neurology Specialists and the Las Vegas community.
Dr. Panduranga’s academic foundation began at Vanderbilt University, where he earned a neuroscience degree summa cum laude. He continued his medical training at New York medical College in Valhalla,NY,and was recognized with membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society for his academic achievements.
Following medical school, Dr. Panduranga completed a year-long internship in Internal Medicine at north Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY. He than pursued a residency in adult neurology at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, CA, before specializing further with a 2-year fellowship in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology at Oregon Health & Science University & the Portland VA medical Center in Portland, OR.
Prior to joining Clinical Neurology Specialists, Dr.Panduranga served as an attending neurologist at Tuality Healthcare in the Portland metro area for 3 years. He then spent the last 5 years as a Clinical Associate Professor in Neurology at Oregon Health & Science University. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of neurological conditions, with a particular focus on epilepsy. He is highly skilled in the management of complex epilepsy cases, including vagal nerve stimulation and deep brain stimulation, and is proficient in electroencephalogram (EEG) interpretation.
Dr. Panduranga is a full-time staff neurologist offering neurological consultations and follow-up care. Outside of his practice, he enjoys running, traveling, and attending sporting events. he expresses his enthusiasm for joining Clinical Neurology Specialists and becoming an active member of the Las Vegas area.
