Netflix viewers are complaining en masse on social media about this Trolla new Norwegian monster film from the director Roar Uthaug (tomb Raider). They are particularly annoyed by the film’s characters, who are said to be quite stupid.
In Troll an ancient troll awakens from the mountains. The giant creature then heads towards Oslo, threatening to destroy everything and everyone in its path.
Troll or not
The biggest source of irritation is the fact that it takes a long time for the characters in the film to want to accept that this is actually a troll.
“It’s funny that everyone literally watches a troll video at some point and then some characters laugh at that idea again”, wrote someone on social media.
Definitely the character of Ine Marie Wilmann he has to pay it back. Play a paleontologist who is brought in by the government to investigate the case. Many viewers don’t find it believable at all.
#trollnetflix so we have a lady who heard of a troll when she was young. We have a lady who sees a troll’s footprint. We have a lady who sees the troll in her eyes and says, “I don’t know what it is. I need more time.” Jusus. Worst character ever written.

#TrollNetflix
Some of this is silly.
They’re looking at her dad like crazy because he said he’s a troll, but she said whatever it is is 150 feet tall?

Still popular
Despite these reactions, Troll a decisive blow. Disaster movie scores highly on streaming service. In any case, the beautiful landscape images and visual effects are highly appreciated.
From the moment I saw the trailer I was excited to watch #TrollNetflix (I kept checking 4 updates). As the days went by I got nervous as I didn’t want to be disappointed. #Troll it was fine but could have been MUCH BETTER! The potential this movie had😩😭

Yet many people also say they turned the film off at some point because they couldn’t tolerate all the silliness anymore. Troll therefore it seems to be a missed opportunity. Shame!
