Nearly twenty killed in explosion in Iranian clinic Abroad

TEHERAN – In an explosion in a private clinic in the north of the Iranian capital Tehran, at least 19 people have died, the official Iranian news agency IRIB News reports. It had previously been confirmed that ten women and three men, most of whom were patients, had died. Six people were also injured. They were taken to neighboring hospitals.
