After the feast, a quarrel broke out between the two brothers, during which the elder struck the younger with a pitchfork.
A resident of the Shevchenko OTG of the Nikolaev area as a result of a quarrel inflicted a mortal wound on his brother with a pitchfork. The attacker is detained, reported on Sunday, August 29, the press service of the regional department of the National Police.
It is noted that the mother of the men reported the incident to law enforcement officers.
“At the scene, the police found that after a feast, a quarrel occurred between the men, during which the elder of the brothers hit his 39-year-old brother with a pitchfork. The victim died of the injuries before the ambulance arrived,” the police said.
The 42-year-old malefactor was arrested and taken to the police station.
Criminal proceedings have begun under the article on premeditated murder (part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal Code), which provides for a punishment of imprisonment for up to 15 years.
