The development work of the new residence “Country Spirit” are going well in the village of Trévron, near Dina, (Côtes-d’Armor). Started at the beginning of July, they should be completed by the end of the year.
It is the company Ouest Terrain Constructions (Lanvallay) which is in charge. “We acquired this 2 hectare plot of land ideally located and offering beautiful views and perspectives from the municipality”, explains Bruno Heluard, the manager of the company, which has a number of other achievements to its credit in the Dinan sector, in Bobital, Plumaudan, Vildé-Guingalan, Plouër-sur-Rance (60 lots), Le Hinglé, Aucaleuc, Calorguen, Saint-André-des-Eaux…, “We are on a hundred batches in total this year”.
Selling price: €78/m2
In Trévron, the new residence, “free of builders”, will comprise 26 lots, from 380 to 794 m2, sold for an average of €78/m2. The Monterrain agency (Dinan) in charge of marketing has already recorded quite a few reservations, “but we still have nine plots left to sell for the moment”.
The first batches went like hot cakes, “mainly attracting young couples, between 25 and 35 years old, with young children, already settled in the Dinan area where most of them work, some renting in Trévron having chosen to stay in this town”, underline the sales representatives in charge of negotiations with potential buyers.
“We made the choice to offer attractive prices for first-time buyers”, adds Bruno Helluard, not surprised by the enthusiasm aroused by this new development, “which offers calm, tranquility and security, which is exactly what people are looking for today.
Good news for the school
If no social housing has planned in this program, “it is because we had no obligation in this direction, since the municipality is already above the quotas imposed in this matter”, underlines for its part the mayor, Cécile Métaye-Brunet.
The development of this new residence and the arrival of new families constitute in any case good news for the town of 700 inhabitants, and for its school, “which will welcome 44 children in two classes at the start of the school year”.
The mayor hopes that a third class can be opened in the near future. Especially if, as seems to be on the way, another subdivision comes out of the ground next year.
