After a review of the files, Violette Piccinini was chosen for the 2022 season:

A simple kitchen
The menu – established by Violette and Fred – obeyed a desire for simplicity, while giving its letters of nobility to local products:
“With Fred, we have selected quality local products, because for us it is an essential priority. For example, we will offer tasty burgers accompanied by “homemade” fries. Of course, we will offer sausage patties, with grilled andouillette or complete! ”
A place of culture and leisure
“We want to make this place where people come to enjoy a cake with the family, a place of culture and festive leisure. A show for children is planned. There will also be musical concerts on Sunday mornings and evenings during the week. Other surprises are being studied.
