Trading against Ben Simmons in February 2022, James Harden left the Brooklyn Nets in order to join the Philadelphia 76ers. Despite an inconclusive start, The Beard nevertheless convinced the franchise to keep him. At least two more years for Harden with the 76ers?

As explained Basket Session, James Harden should continue the adventure with the Philadelphia 76ers. This summer, the 32-year-old full-back should activate his ” player option to $47.4 million, or approximately €45 million, for next season. Afterwards, The Beard should extend in the short term with the franchise where evolves Joel Embiid. In effect, James Harden should return for the next two years with possibly an option for an additional third season. Since his arrival in NBA in 2009, James Harden only reached the Finals once (with the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2012, losing to the Miami Heat of LeBron James and Dwayne Wade). Of course, The Beard never won a ring despite his clear talent on the court.
