It is noted that in some directions the enemy unsuccessfully continues to attempt assaults and inflict air strikes. The Russian troops are also trying to restore the combat capability of the units, replenish stocks of ammunition and fuel in order to resume offensive operations.

The units of the Russian Federation, which have suffered losses, due to a lack of qualified personnel, are staffed with military personnel “with low morale” and “persons prone to drug and alcohol abuse,” they write in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is noted that in order to suppress resistance in Kherson, Genichesk, Berdyansk and certain areas of Mariupol, the enemy deployed almost all units of the National Guard that were in the temporarily occupied Crimea, certain areas of Zaporozhye, Kherson and Donetsk regions.

The Russian Federation is also trying to intensify the activities of the DRG in Kyiv in order to destabilize the socio-political situation and disrupt the systems of state and military administration. This is explained by the inability of the enemy to quickly make up for losses, regroup and use troops to maintain the necessary pace of hostilities and achieve the ultimate goal of the war.

The General Staff notes that the Russian Federation may have problems with the draft campaign, while there is a tendency for a sharp reduction in the number of contract soldiers in relation to conscripts. In addition, the equipment supplied to the Russian troops from warehouses is in an unsatisfactory condition, the report says.

The General Staff added that over the past day, the defenders of Kyiv repelled enemy offensive attempts and held occupied lines. All attacks in the Donetsk and Luhansk directions were repulsed: the enemy suffered significant losses, eight tanks, 17 armored vehicles and 11 vehicles were destroyed.

The air forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 12 targets in a day (three aircraft, three drones, five cruise missiles, a helicopter), and also hit columns and clusters of Russian troops.
