Payments will be made immediately according to UEFA

These payments were to be made initially after all the play-off matches for Euro 2020 had been played. But these, scheduled for March, could not be played due to the interruption of competitions. In total, as part of this advance and partial payment, 676 clubs representing the 55 European federations will receive sums of between 3,200 and 630,000 euros, said UEFA.

“Given the financial challenges faced by clubs due to the lack of income following the cessation of games due to the Covid-19, these payments will be made immediately”, decided UEFA, which held a meeting of its Executive Committee by videoconference on Thursday.
