NASA has compiled a video that shows the Sun’s activity over the past 10 years in 61 minutes, almost the entire 11-year solar cycle.

Since June 2010, the NASA Observatory for Solar Dynamics (SDO) has taken the Sun in photo every 0.75 second. In a decade, the SDO has accumulated 425 million images of our star before compiling them into a 61-minute film, published by the Goddard Space Flight Center.
