“Nacho”, AMLO’s political operator who will coordinate the deputies of Morena

He is 59 years old and is originally from Tecamachalco, Puebla, and one of the main tasks that he was commissioned to do was to reengineer the positions and expenses of the Chamber of Deputies since September 2018, when the 64th Legislature began.
