Whatever the means of access, whether via computer, tablet or smartphone, allowing users to manage eBox messages more intuitive and simple remains a key objective of My e-Box.
A new toolbar on the left of the screen makes it easier to view and manage files. It is also now possible to organize your messages by dragging them directly into a specific folder. In addition, new features will make it easier to view and read messages.

The new toolbar on the left of the screen can be condensed. It makes it easier to manage files. Whether you want to create, rename or delete a folder, it’s just a click away.

Click on the message you want to move. Drag and drop it in the folder of your choice.
Viewing messages?
Options for reading of your messages have been added. Your documents can be read according to different display possibilities. The search possibilities in the documents allow a better familiarization with the content of the document. Thumbnails and translation improvements respecting the language selected in the My e-Box portal have also been added.
Language changes only affect the content of the My e-Box screens, the content of the documents remains the responsibility of the sender.
