A barbecue in the middle of the public highway during hours of this Saturday in the commune of Santiago ended with four detainees for not respecting the quarantine, in the framework of the health emergency by the covid-19.
The events, according to Bío Bío radio, occurred in the Franklin neighborhood, on the outskirts of a local for the sale of recycling goods, in which the members of the barbecue worked.
The grill installed on public roads and loud music alerted residents of the sector. Policemen attended the place, who noticed that the participants of the barbecue were consuming alcohol.
“They are not even trying to hide this type of act,” said Major Pablo Puebla, of the Fourth Police Station, in this regard.
The detainees were transferred to the Fourth Police Station and are awaiting the decision of the prosecutor on duty. Meanwhile, the premises were closed and a sanitary summary was started.
