The double crime of Lecce should have lasted an hour and a half, more or less the time of a football match. At least according to the first planning of the massacre put in black and white by Antonio De Marco on a sheet found by the carabinieri during the search in the home of the nurse trainee. A mirror-image of the one recovered at the place of the double murder, with the detailed time schedule of the crime. On the seized sheet reported by hand the path to follow – from Antonio’s new residence to the house of horrors in via Montello – and the travel times and stay in the house of Daniele De Santis and Eleonora Manta. That Antonio would have liked to torture before killing. But Daniele and Eleonora, before Antonio managed to block them, defended themselves strenuously and therefore the fight – during which Antonio lost the tickets later found at the scene of the crime – lasted no more than eight minutes.

Meanwhile Antonio has spent his second night in solitary confinement under constant supervision in the super prison of Borgo San Nicola in Lecce. This is a provision dictated by the young age of the inmate and by the fact that for the first time he comes into contact with the prison context: the date of the interrogation for the validation of the arrest will be set by today. The family has appointed its own trusted lawyer to replace the official one.
