A man was stabbed to death during an argument in a restaurant near Ernakulam Town Hall. The incident took place on Wednesday night at nine o’clock. Edison, a native of Kollam, was killed. The police have intensified their search for Suresh, a native of Ernakulam Mulavukad, who is believed to have stabbed him. Both are said to be strangers. During an argument at the restaurant, the latter broke a bottle of liquor and stabbed Edison in the neck while he was eating. The assailant escaped after the incident. Edison, who was stabbed, lay at the scene for half an hour. The police arrived and took Edison to Ernakulam General Hospital. He died by then. Watch the video report.
