Reggio Calabria municipal, the data of the votes of the elected and the picture of the situation in view of the ballot

E’ Federico Milia (Forza Italia) the most voted among the candidates of the municipal elections of Reggio Calabria: in the 25 year old coordinator of the youth movement of the blue party he obtained 1,675 preferences, followed by the outgoing leader of the Democratic Party in the city council Antonino Castorina which he collected 1,510 votes. Third Mario Cardia (Of course) with 1.286, then Demetrio Marino (Brothers of Italy) with 1.215.

The electoral blow of the list weighs on the center-left PSI-With your head held high, which remained without seats despite presenting two outgoing councilors among the leading elements of the Falcomatà Administration (Irene Calabrò e Nino Zimbalatti), Besides Ruvolo. In the list of the Democratic Party, in addition to Castorina, the elect sure are Rocco Albanese (1108 votes) e Giuseppe Marino (1070 votes). On the other hand, Giuseppe Sera (1029 votes), Vincenzo Marra (1002 votes) e Lucia Anita Nucera (855 votes).

If Falcomatà loses the ballot, his lists turn out 9 candidates, all men:

  • Giuseppe De Biasi – 722 votes, League
  • Nicola Malaspina – 437 votes, Reggio Active

In case of victory in the ballot, they will also enter the council Marianna Cilione (997 votes, Forza Italia), Giuseppe Eraclini (863 votes, always Forza Italia), Filomena Curatola (871 votes, Brothers of Italy) and other candidates, including Angela Latella (Ama Reggio), which with 344 votes would be the one with the lowest number of preferences.

Thanks to the cards of Marco Patanè, we can analyze the voting flows between the lists and the candidates, measuring the weight of the split vote (which rewarded a lot Angela Marcianò e Klaus David), but also gender preferences. The enormous amount of votes that voters gave to some lists, above all, immediately stands out Klaus David but also Minicuci Mayor, expressing the choice on the basis of the name of the list with the intention of voting the candidate for auditor, but without expressing a preference.
