The seven-day incidence for Munich decreases significantly. According to the Robert Koch Institute, it was 638.7 on Tuesday. This corresponds to 9502 people who were infected with Corona in the last week. This is significantly lower than last Friday, when the incidence value was 1064.6.
However, the situation in hospitals is still tense. 600 beds are occupied by Covid-19 patients, of which 46 in intensive care and 14 in intensive care. That is 37 fewer crown beds than in the previous week, but the downward trend – if it continues – will only slowly be felt in clinics. The Munich Municipal Clinic, for example, reported 219 coronary patients on Tuesday. It is even more than at the height of the pandemic: there were 205.
