The Neustadt municipal council dealt with further topics in its meeting.
Building application: In the Pfalzbrunnenstraße in the settlement, a house is to be converted and a winter garden and a garage are to be built. By demolishing the roof, an additional floor with a third residential unit is to be created. A winter garden is also to be added and a garage for the required parking spaces is to be built. The committee gave its approval for the construction project and the requested exceeding of the building limits.
Mühlwiesen building area: As a result of the further planning for the new development area “Mühlwiesen”, the mayors awarded the contract for the necessary subsoil investigations to the Geotechnik Badel GmbH (Gochsheim) office at a price of 3607 euros. The order for the species protection assessment went to the Köhl office (Würzburg) for 2871 euros. On September 10, 2020, an information event will take place with the property owners concerned in the meeting room of the town hall. At this appointment, surveying director Erhard Glaab from the Office for Digitization, Broadband and Surveying will explain the allocation process and will be available to answer any questions.
