Specializing in fittings, in particular connected fittings, the brand is the first on the market (to our knowledge) to have designed a shower head with space for a special enclosure, coming to connect via Bluetooth, and this in 2019.
For bathroom lovers
The principle of the new version Moxie remains the same here, but its offer follows the same trend as conventional connected speakers, namely the integration of a voice assistant, Alexa in this case.
The principle is as silly and simple as one can imagine: a small enclosure with magnetic back coming to be placed in the center of the knob, the water jets being arranged on the outer ring. The Moxie then allows you to call on the assistant to change the tracks or load a playlist for example, which seems essential given the product not very compatible with manual use.
If the gadget can make people laugh, the brand seems to have surprisingly well studied it. Developed in partnership with Harman Kardon, the Moxie allows, for example, to generate white noise which attenuates the noise of the shower, the principle of active noise reduction. This kind of sound being regular and sufficiently high frequency to be able to be reproduced by a small speaker, the principle is interesting.
The brand “standardizes” its knobs, the product can be purchased alone or with its hand shower, for respective prices of $ 160 or $ 230.
