Motorola Razr with folding screen for sale from April for 1,599 euros NOW

The updated Motorola Razr with a folding screen has a suggested retail price of 1,599 euros, a spokesperson on behalf of Lenovo confirms after reporting by Emerce. The Android smartphone with two screens is available in the Netherlands from April.

The Razr is likely to be the fourth smartphone with a folding screen that comes on the market in the Netherlands. In January, Samsung started selling its Galaxy Fold, followed a month later by the Galaxy Z Flip. In addition, Huawei planning on to start selling Mate X this month.

The Motorola Razr has two screens. When folded, a 2.7-inch screen can be used at the top. If the device is unfolded, the 6.2-inch folding screen is visible on the inside. The smartphone has 128 GB of storage space and a working memory of 6 GB with a Snapdragon 710 processor.

The Razr has no space for a traditional SIM card, but is equipped with a instead built-in SIM card. As a result, the phone cannot be used with all providers for the time being. Currently only Simyo, T-Mobile, Truphone and Ubigi support the so-called e-sim.
