Motorist (33) overlooks column – two injured motorbike drivers

The accident occurred on Saturday, shortly before 5 p.m., as Kapo Aargau announced on Sunday. The traffic light came to a standstill due to the red phase. This was overlooked by a 33-year-old car driver, whereupon she collided with the standing motorcycle drivers at the end of the column. Due to the force they were pushed into the car in front of them.

The 18-year-old motorbike driver was transferred to the hospital with moderate injuries by an outpatient clinic. Their companion, a 58-year-old motorcycle driver, was also taken to hospital with serious injuries using a rescue helicopter. Major damage to property occurred on all vehicles involved.

The driver’s license was taken from the car driver. The police are looking for witnesses.
