Talks in Vienna between world powers and the Islamic Republic of Iran hit rock bottom on Thursday last week, with US and EU delegations declaring Tehran’s demands to be extreme and accusing it of ignoring all understandings reached last spring towards a mutual return to the JCPOA nuclear deal. 2015.
