Thursday, October 29, Denis Remondet, 55, head winegrower at the Ponsot family estate, received the agricultural medal of honor, gold mention, for his thirty-five years of seniority in the structure. “Basically, I had a training in plumbing, then, following seasonal jobs in the field, I discovered a passion for this environment. It’s a complex but complete job, because you can follow the entire production process and no year is alike. I would like to thank the members of the Ponsot family for the trust they have placed in me, as well as for passing on this knowledge and this passion for the vine to me ”, confided the recipient. Rosemarie Ponsot, president of the family estate, which has been present for nearly 150 years in the town, had given this recognition to Denis Remondet “to congratulate him on his work during all these years spent with us”.
