More than 11 and a half million people from Buenos Aires received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, of which 94% correspond to people over 60 years of age, according to the province’s Ministry of Health this Sunday.
In total, 11,526,718 people have the complete vaccination scheme and 11,148,423 have the initial scheme.
Likewise, it was highlighted that 93% of the teaching and non-teaching staff received the two doses and 82% of the staff linked to security.
In this sense, it was reported that health personnel are already being vaccinated with a third booster dose.
Among people aged 18 to 59 years, 79% are immunized with the two doses, which represents a total of 6,282,656.
In the 12 to 17-year-old segment with comorbidities, 76% completed the immunization schedule (193,502), and in the same age group, but without risk diseases, it reached 54% (608,322).
Meanwhile, 574,131 (34%) boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 11 received both vaccines and only the first 792,462, which represents 80% of those enrolled.
