The event still celebrates its fortieth anniversary this year.. In Montluçon, “more than eighteen establishments let us know that they were participating”.
Traffic on Boulevard de Courtais, between Place Jean-Jaurès and Faubourg Saint-Pierre, will be gradually blocked from the end of the afternoon, to be restored the next morning. Some concerts will actually go on until three o’clock in the morning.
