Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Human Means and Social Development has discovered cases of exemption of tiny organizations from financial compensation.
The ministry stated that smaller establishments (9 personnel or much less) are exempt from paying out fiscal payment, although 2 expatriates are exempt from the facility if its owner will work full time and is enrolled in social insurance policy.
He additional that 4 expats are exempt if the owner is free of charge to work there, as effectively as a registered Saudi employee.
