Modena, rebel gym: seven fines and remains open

Among other things, the local police unwillingly had to proceed against one of the managers of the gym for resisting a public official, since during the checks the attitude was anything but cooperative. ATTACK ON THE BRIGADE. The same manager, Federico Milieni, on the Facebook page of the gym has made a long video in which he indulges in unhappy utterances towards the local police, starting with a photograph of the two steering wheels parked outside the gym. “Look – says Milieni on the internet – the police cars are parked one in front of the emergency exit, the other in a double row”.

THE REPLY OF THE LOCAL POLICE. According to Milieni this is an unacceptable behavior, which jeopardizes the safety of those inside the structure. The version of the local police is quite different, which points out that the sign Milieni refers to is fake and has no value. The exit he talks about would actually be a normal door leading to the outside. Not only. The hypothesis of the agents is another: «There is a suspicion that this is the exit used in a strategic way to make customers“ escape ”while the operators enter the main one to carry out the checks». So much so that in the last check three members were fined who told how there were more people inside the gym that the agents, however, did not see. Furthermore, Milieni argues that the situation for customers is calm and that there is no risk of fines. This is not the case. The local police always identify everyone present, but sometimes they prefer to proceed later for sanctions to avoid gatherings or violent reactions on the spot. So anyone who has been found in the gym during physical activity will be fined, perhaps at a later time. The leaders of the local police are also evaluating the video that Milieni published on the web, a speech addressed to his members in which there was no shortage of offenses to the agents. “The lions of the Modena local police park in front of the emergency exit”. And again: “With all the bodies with which we interface, that of the local police does not shine for intelligence.” VIGILES AND NAZIS. FILE IN PREFECTURE. Returning to the real world, the local police have forwarded all the documentation to the Prefecture of Modena which is carefully examining the papers available to proceed with further sanctions. There is also the hypothesis of the suspension of the license.
