Bobo.id – This BepiColombo mission is specifically to investigate Planet Mercury, planet orbiting closest to the sun.

Mission to Planet Mercury

BepiColombo is a joint venture between the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).

Not much research has been done to investigate this smallest planet in the Solar System.

This joint venture is the first mission of each of these agencies to investigate the Planet Mercury.

The mission was launched on 20 October 2018 and is planned to arrive on Planet Mercury by the end of 2025.
