Missing 78-year-old found dead on Winterbergstrasse

On Tuesday the 78-year-old senior Jork P. disappeared from his apartment on Winterbergstrasse in Dresden. The police asked the population for information.
Dresden – The Dresden police asked the citizens for help. A 78-year-old man disappeared from his apartment on Tuesday evening (September 15).

Senior Jork P. left his apartment in Winterbergstrasse in the Gruna district on Tuesday afternoon around 5 p.m. But he did not return there.
The officers checked every place where Jork P. could have turned. Without success. The senior is urgently dependent on taking medication.
Therefore, the police are now publicly looking for the man.
The missing person is described as follows:
- about 1.70 meters tall
- strong stature
- blue-grey eyes
- dark brown, short hair
- wearing a white t-shirt, shorts, sandals or barefoot

As the police announced on Tuesday, the 78-year-old was found dead on Winterbergstrasse on Monday afternoon around 4.45 p.m. The investigation into the circumstances of death is ongoing.
