A 13-year-old boy is facing charges for allegedly setting a fire in Alphabet City.
The incident occurred on January 10 in a 12-story building on Avenida A, between 3rd and 4th streets.
No injuries were reported.
The teen also faces charges of dangerous recklessness and misconduct.
