Arnhem – ‘Monstrous’. That is how the Arnhem mayor Ahmed Marcouch calls the assault and death of a 73-year-old man in his city on Wednesday evening. Marcouch says the death of the man, allegedly beaten by a group of men, has a huge impact on the residents of his city. An eyewitness says the man was “literally kicked to death.”
